Timothy Bradley Next Fight: 'Desert Storm' Deserves Shot At Floyd Mayweather? Ruslan Provodnikov, Manny Pacquiao Next As Juan Manuel Marquez Mocks Decision [VIDEO]

After defeating Juan Manuel Marquez earlier this month, Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley proclaimed himself the No. 3 fighter in the world, trailing only Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Andre Ward.

Now, Bradley wants a shot to usurp the pound-for-pound throne and take on "Money" Mayweather. "I just want to fight the best fighters out there," Bradley said. "If a Floyd Mayweather fight were to materialize, I would love to do that. ... and I would love to fight the Money team."

Promotional wars likely will preclude that fight from getting made any time soon. Battles between Mayweather's camp and Top Rank have shot down a megafight for the ages between Floyd and Manny Pacquiao for years, ruining the opportunity to pit the top two boxers in the world against one another.

The desire for that fight was significantly and permanently damaged after years of missteps, followed by Bradley's controversial win over Pacman. Marquez, who believes he won their recent tilt, made reference to the perceived con job against Pacquiao when he complained about his own loss to Bradley. "He's the only undefeated fighter with two losses," Marquez said.

Bradley, who went into a shell after the backlash for his "gift" win over Pacquiao, now brushes off criticisms like that. "I've been hated my whole career. I'm always going to be hated," Bradley said. "As long as they hate me, they can't stop me, I'm telling you. I will not stop. I'm going to keep going. That's it. I'm going to the top."

If Mayweather isn't next for Bradley then who is? Many feel a rematch with Pacquiao is inevitable, provided Pacquiao defeats Brandon Rios in their upcoming clash. Another option is a rematch of Bradley's entertaining match with Ruslan Provodnikov, who turned himself into a bankable name by knocking out Mike Alvarado.
