Russell Wilson, Ciara Engagement Rumors: Love For Each Other May Be Blinding Couple From Reality [VIDEO]

Russell Wilson and Ciara's love for each other may be leading them to a big mistake.

The couple announced earlier this month after months of speculation that they are finally engaged. Though both have plenty of their own money due to Wilson being the Seahawks quarterback and Ciara an R&B star, they aren't protecting themselves.

"Russell and Ciara aren't going to have a prenup," an insider revealed to BET Online. "Even the thought of speaking such words would mean that they're questioning their love for one another. A prenup is like a jinx. They're not going into the marriage thinking that it won't last. They're diving into this full on and they don't want bad energy clouding their marriage."

Ciara and Wilson are obviously inseperable, but it doesn't mean they shouldn't re-think the prenup thing. Wilson's networth is projected at around $14 million, according to Celebritynetworth.com, while Ciara's is said to be around $17 million.

Obviously they are in close range, but as Wilson contines to progress in his career on the gridiron, the money will continue to pile up. Ciara will also continue to grow her personal wealth, but there's no reason not to be careful.

The couple has had a great relationship thus far, as they display constantly on social media, but they could be blinded by their own love. Just because the two are head-over-heels for one another, sadly, doesn't mean it will always be that way.

Not all celebrity relationships come to an end, but anything can happen in the future. They both have first-hand knowledge of this.

Ciara broke off her engagement to rapper Future, with whom she has a son, Future Jr., while Wilson's previous relationship with his ex-wife Ashton Meem also came to an uncermonious end.

It's nice to see Ciara and Wilson so comfortable and in love with each other, but it doesn't mean they shouldn't be careful about the future.
