If only Tim Tebow could have proved so fleet of foot under center, his NFL quarterbacking dreams might still be afloat.
Us Weekly Magazine is reporting Tebow and ex-girlfriend actress Camilla Belle did everything they could to avoid, then ignore one another at a recent Just Jared pre-Halloween party sponsored by Fiji Water and WONKA Candy, they both attended in Hollywood.
"They never once spoke, sat on the same side of the room or even made eye contact," a source told Us Weekly. "She was pretty low-key, there with some girlfriends, there was no interaction whatsoever."
Much could be the same about the level of interest the former Heisman Trophy winner attracted from the likes of the St. Louis Rams and Chicago Bears this week, who after both losing their starting quarterbacks for a significant amount of time didn't so much as contact the Tebow camp about perhaps having him served as a replacement.
To add insult to injury, the Rams later admitted they did contact the agent for 44-year-old former star Brett Favre about coming out of retirement to spell Sam Bradford.
Despite having his name publicly linked to several franchises since being cut by the New England Patriots in preseason, Tebow has yet to garner any real attention from any other franchise.
Still, he remains unfazed, recently telling reporters he has no plans on giving up on his NFL quarterbacking dreams by either switching positions or going to play abroad.
