"The Architect" has been sidelined since November and he's slated to miss WrestleMania 32 on April 3. Rollins has been sorely missed from a character and in-ring standpoint, but once he returns, he'll help restore the WWE's depth.

Here are five potential rivals for the former Shield leader.

WWE 'RAW' Preview & Latest Rumors

1) AJ Styles

These two seem as though they'd be a great pairing in the ring and a clash between them could very well take home Match of the Year honors when all is said and done. This is a bit of a dream match pitting the former TNA Heavyweight Champion against the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Hopefully the WWE sees the potential and puts the two together in the ring for the first time since they worked the Indies.

2) Roman Reigns

It's highly expected that the leader of the Roman Empire will leave WrestleMania with the richest prize in the game. Rollins was never pinned to lose the belt and had to forfeit it prior to the Survivor Series in November. Upon his return, Rollins is due a rematch and if Reigns is still the champion, it's only logical that they'd feud with one another. These two also have plenty of history together, adding some background to a potential rivalry.

3) Triple H

Prior to Rollins' injury, there were rumors he was set to turn face and usher in a program with "The Game." Due to the leg ailment, those plans were obviously derailed. The WWE could have "The Architect" return as a babyface, by coming out and attacking Triple H for not keeping up with him during his injury. It could then set up a feud between the two, building into SummerSlam in August. If Triple H is still champion by then, it would also set up an intriguing storyline where Rollins returns to try and re-capture his belt from his mentor.

4) Dolph Ziggler

"The Showoff" has been toiling around in the midcard lately and seemingly isn't being given any creative direction. Ziggler is one of the best in-ring workers and most under-utilized talents on the roster. If given the opportunity, these two flashy Superstars could put on a great program together ... if the WWE would let them.

5) Sami Zayn

There are rumors that the NXT Superstar will be making his main roster debut soon, and he'd make a perfect rival for his former Ring of Honor brethren in Rollins. Zayn will likely feud with Kevin Owens upon arriving, but when he's ready for a new foe, Rollins would make a very compelling choice.
