Tonight at 8:00 p.m., the Vancouver Canucks (7-4-1, 15 points) will head to St. Louis where they will take on the Blues (5-1-1, 11 points) at the Scottrade Center in NHL action that can be live streamed here. Blues fans can access the radio broadcast on 1120 KMOX, while Canucks fans may do the same on TEAM 1040 AM

The Blues should be well rested after a week off, and they will be taking on a Canucks crew that has played six games in the last 10 days. All that ice time seems to have gotten goalie Roberto Luongo in a groove, as he impressed coach John Tortorella with a 17-save third period against the New Jersey Devils.

"It's probably his best period," Tortorella told the team's official website. "He's still trying to get his game to where he wants it, but he was outstanding and certainly gave us a chance to get the point and also earned us the second one."

The heavy workload is taking its toll on Vancouver's depth, though, as forwards David Booth and Dale Weise went down with injuries against New Jersey. "It's tough when they're rolling their lines and you've got to play with a short bench, but that's why you work in the summer," center Henrik Sedin said. Sedin leads the Canucks so far with 15 points, and has scored a point in seven straight games.

The Blues haven't played since last week, when they coughed up a late lead against the Winnipeg Jets. "We gave away this one," Alexander Steen said following the loss. "We're up by two late in the game, we shouldn't be giving away points like that." They've had a week to stew about it, however and figure to come back strong.

St. Louis will have Jaroslav Halak in net tonight; he is 5-1 on the season and has allowed just 2.26 goals per game while piling up a .919 save percentage.
