The NFL season is finally over. Now, it's time for 2016 hopefuls to look at their rosters and identify the dead weight.
Olivia Munn Wants Aaron Rodgers To Cheat On His Diet
In Green Bay, that starts with B.J. Raji.
Below are three players the Packers should sever ties with to succeed next season.
Aaron Rodgers Will Eventually Help Change OT Rules
B.J. Raji
Raji signed a one-year, $1.7 million contract with the Packers in 2015. He rewarded them with a comeback season after suffering a torn biceps that cost him all 16 games in 2014.
Don't expect Green Bay to land him for a similar price tag next season.
Nearing free agency, Raji will demand a more lucrative contract -- one that the Packers should reconsider as he reaches the wrong side of 30. Green Bay is better off searching for a younger, more dominant replacement.

James Jones
If 2015 taught us anything, it's that the Packers' WR corp, as currently constructed, is simply not good enough.
James Jones -- who will also be a free agent -- managed to catch 50 balls for 890 yards and eight TDs, but the soon-to-be 32-year-old isn't the answer. The window is closing on Aaron Rodgers.
He's in desperate need of elite-level targets, not duct-tape solutions.
Nick Perry
Since signing his four-year, $7.5 million contract in 2012, Nick Perry has only rewarded the Packers with 12.5 sacks in four seasons.
The decision to look elsewhere will be an easy one.
