At 1:00 p.m. the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens (2-2) will try to upend the Miami Dolphins (3-1) in their home building after a beatdown at the hands of the New Orleans Saints. The Ravens inconsistencies likely stem from a faltering offensive line that has not allowed the combination of Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce to get going, nor given quarterback Joe Flacco the ability to remain in the pocket calmly.

"I think the whole O-line is disappointing right now," coach John Harbaugh said. "There's no one more disappointed than they are right now. We've got to run block better, we've got to pass block better."

That might be why the Ravens front office moved to acquire left tackle Eugene Monroe from the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Ravens have been criticized for throwing the ball too much, especially in the wake of Flacco's five-interception debacle against Buffalo last week.

"I just felt like we weren't running the ball well enough to win the game running the ball," Harbaugh said. "Looking back on it, I feel the same way. After watching the tape, I feel we did exactly the right thing to try to win that game."

Defensively, though, Baltimore might be able to assert themselves and take control of the game.

The Dolphins have been plagued by turnovers, an issue that manifested itself in last Monday's blowout loss. "That's something we have to get corrected," head coach Joe Philbin said. "I reminded the players the last time the Dolphins won the division (in 2008), they had a plus-17 turnover margin for the season. That's something we need to start heading toward."
