Cleveland Cavaliers News: LeBron James Bemoans Slacking Teammates [VIDEO]

The woes of the Cavaliers continue and the frustration on Lebron James’ face says it all.

The Cavs have now lost back-to-back games against the Pelicans and the Heat and the slacking attitude of the team has apparently been seen as the cause for the slide.

For his part, James had to step it up against the Pelicans, but it was clear that the Cavs cannot win simply with James taking the lead role. James did pour in 23 of his 37 points in the fourth quarter, but with no backup, his efforts went for naught.

The drama is no different from what James had been decrying recently, hitting his teammate for their lack of effort and focus. That has hardly changed and despite the impending return of Kyrie Irving and Iman Shumpert, James believes that it will hardly matter.

Head coach David Blatt did say that the team needed help, but that would have to come from the active players and not the ones who are set to make their return.

"It's never that way," James said via Cleveland.com. "When you get your guys back, you prepare just as you prepare before. There's only one guy ever in the world that everything will be all right when he comes back and that's Jesus Christ. Other than that, you can't bank on nobody being OK,"

The main problem seems to be in the area where most teams fall -- finishing off their opponent in the crunch as mentioned via CBS Sports. While the players seem to be doing fine throughout, the sudden disappearance (or choke?) is evident and such has led to the team losing it and James growing frustrated by it all.

Will the Cavs be able to correct this flaw? There is time but the earlier they address it, the better.
