Manny Pacquiao Next Fight News: Timothy Bradley Jr. Is The Anointed One [VIDEO]

It looks like Manny Pacquiao has made up his mind on how to fight for his last fight with reports that Timothy Bradley Jr. has been chosen over Amir Khan and Terence Crawford.

Word about Pacquiao’s decision to face Bradley comes from the Mirror, where Pacquiao is guaranteed to take-home about $20 million when they get it on in Las Vegas on April 9.

This marks the third meeting between the two, with Bradley winning the initial encounter via split decision back in 2012 in controversial fashion. Pacquiao stormed back with a vengeance in 2014, winning via unanimous decision.

This development also grants the wish of trainer Freddie Roach who had hinted that he wanted Pacquiao to face Bradley again via Yahoo Sports. Roach was pretty curious on what Teddy Atlas brings and it seems that the eight-time division champion was listening.

The report does come a bit of a surprise considering that Terence Crawford was seemingly the frontrunner to face the Filipino boxer because he is a new face and someone that has been impressive thus far.

As for Khan, this becomes the second time he has been shunned from a big fight though it looks like he has already moved on and accepted the rejection.

The word out is that Khan is now considering a match with Kell Brook, someone who has been longing to oblige. If all goes well, the two British fighters could end up facing each other at Wembley a month after the Pacquiao vs. Bradley tiff which is May.

Should the fight between Khan and Brook materialize, it becomes one of the biggest fights since Carl Froch vs. George Groves in front of a post-war record 80,000 crowd at Wembley in May 2014.
