Green Bay Packers Rumors: Who You Can Trust In Fantasy Football -- Outside Aaron Rodgers -- In Thursday's Packers-Lions Game [VIDEO]

Tonight’s Thursday Night Football game is far more interesting than most thought it would be a few weeks ago. The Lions are on a three-game winning streak, which was kicked off by a win at Green Bay, and they will now host the Packers, who have dropped four of their last five after beginning the season 6-0.

Regardless of their hot streak, it’s very unlikely the Lions will make noise in the hunt for a playoff berth in the NFC. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has to bounce back. But what other Packers can fantasy owners trust this week? Here are a few.

Brett Favre Was 'Five Minutes' From Jumping Into Packers-Bears Game

Randall Cobb (DraftKings: $6,600)

Cobb has quietly been one of the most disappointing players in fantasy football this season, although his owners might disagree about how quiet he’s been. Cobb’s value was expected to soar when Jordy Nelson was lost for the year in preseason to a knee injury, because he’d be targeted even more. Well, he’s seen double-digit targets four times, and been thrown to at least eight times in seven games, but he’s only surpassed 100 yards receiving once.

Expect that to change tonight. The Lions rank 22nd in the league against No. 1 receivers, and Green Bay is desperate.

Aaron Rodgers Is Much Better Than Brett Favre

Richard Rodgers (DraftKings: $3,100)

The Packers tight end has been touchdown-dependent this year, and in each of the last two weeks he has failed to find the end zone. That is likely to change tonight, seeing as how the Lions are the NFL’s fifth-worst defense at stopping tight ends, per FootballOutsiders.com. No. 2 receiver Davante Adams is not himself, and still dealing with the effects of an early-season ankle injury. Rodgers has to step up in his place.

Want some Lions players that will pop? Of course you do.

Calvin Johnson (DraftKings: $7,600)

This is obviously not a “bargain,” but you can find some of those right here. The Packers rank just 27th against No. 1 receivers, and Megatron has found his groove, pulling down three touchdowns on Thanksgiving vs. the Eagles, and piling up no less than 80 yards in each of his last three tilts. It’s no surprise that Johnson’s uptick in production has coincided with a three-game winning streak. Why did this take so long?

Ameer Abdullah (DraftKings: $3,700)

The Packers have been more vulnerable on the ground than through the air this year, and the coaching staff seems over Abdullah’s fumbling problems if his team-high 16 carries last week are any indication. It’s a good thing, because he’s easily the most explosive running back on the team, and a two-way threat. Just pray he doesn’t put the ball on the ground, because if he does you’ll be angrily watching Joique Bell pile up 80 or so yards and probably a touchdown.
