Lamar Odom is telling friends one of his biggest problems with reality TV spouse Khloe Kardashian is that she "acts like his mother" and "calls all the shots in Lamar's life."
According to RadarOnline, a source close to Odom adds "it has always been this way in their marriage. Khloe is very controlling, almost to the point of Lamar feeling suffocated. It's no secret Lamar loves candy and Khloe would nag him constantly about it when she was attempting to lose weight earlier this year. It wasn't about the candy, it was Khloe getting her way."
Though it's been reported the couple spent their recent four-year anniversary apart, the website reports Kardashian was busy telling friends she was prepared to save their marriage. But, as always, on her own terms, the source added.
"She wears the pants in the relationship," the source added. "From what to wear, business deals, you name it, Lamar consults her for everything."
Another source told Radar "both Khloe and Lamar need to own their issues and how it contributed to the current state of their marriage."
After spending last season with the L.A. Clippers, Odom in now a free agent, but wasn't invited to camp by any team when training camps kicked off this week.
