Justin Tuck, Tom Coughlin: Giants Who Quit On Coach Will Be 'Punched In Mouth' Personally By Tuck [VIDEO]

Tom Coughlin has coached the New York Giants to two Super Bowl wins, but this year he's led them to a surprising and upsetting 0-4 start. If any member of the team wants to get on the 67-year-old coach, though, they'll have to answer to defensive end Justin Tuck. Following the team's 31-7 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs (4-0) where the offense once again couldn't get it going, Tuck said if any of his teammates turn on their coach there will be consequences.

"If anyone turns on our coach, I would be the first one to punch him in the mouth," said Tuck, who has 10 tackles to his credit thus far, according to the New York Daily News. "And put that in print. It better not happen, I know that."

Tuck made his comments after wide receiver Victor Cruz seemingly questioned Coughlin not going for it on a fourth down play in the late in the third quarter. With the Giants trailing 10-7 in the third quarter Sunday, and facing a fourth-and-1 at their own 30, Coughlin opted to punt the ball instead of going for it. "We've got to take a risk at some point and make something happen," Cruz said per ESPN.

Cruz has four touchdowns through four games with 26 receptions for 425 yards.

While the comments probably won't warrant a punch in the face from Tuck, they still seem to question the way Coughlin has handled the team through its first four losses, especially after the punt in question was returned for an 89-yard touchdown by the Chiefs' Dexter McCluster and gave Kansas City a 17-7 lead.

The Giants are just two years removed from a Super Bowl, but are off to their worst start to a season since 1987 after losing to the Dallas Cowboys 36-31 in a close game on opening night before being blown out in New York's following three games starting with the Denver Broncos (4-0) by a score of 41-23  in Week 2 and continuing with a 38-0 embarrassing loss against Carolina (1-2) in Week 3 before the team fell again Sunday in Kansas City.

The Giants will play their AFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles (2-2) in Week 5 action Sunday and they hope to turn around what has been a dismal start to the year.

If they can't turn it around the team may begin to turn on Coughlin. If the team does that, it can expect a punch in the face from an angry and frustrated Justin Tuck.
