Timothy Bradley Vs. Juan Manuel Marquez: 'Dinamita' To Retire Win Or Lose? Wants To Quiet 'Desert Storm', Will Let 'Fists Do Talking' [VIDEO]

Juan Manuel Marquez is unquestionably one of the greatest Mexican fighters to enter a boxing ring, so his October 12th bout with Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley will be a must-watch, as it could mark the final time "Dinamita" dons the gloves.

Marquez, now 40 years old, has openly acknowledged the possibility of retirement following this fight. Bradley has vowed to force him into retirement, but Marquez is brushing those comments aside, claiming his departure from the ring will be on his terms.

"Retirement is a possibility. I won't rule anything out right now," Marquez said. "First things first we have to see how I feel physically, which is a very important factor and then see what happens."

Then, Marquez aimed his ire at Bradley, clearly aware of Bradley's intentions when the two finally face off. "Bradley can say whatever he wants, but saying [he will retire me] and doing it are two different things. Anything can happen in the ring. We will allow him to keep talking, but I will let my fists do the talking."

Just last week, Bradley was quoted by Yahoo! Sports saying, "Marquez is a late-bloomer who got better and better. He is a legend. The greatest Mexican fighter of his era. He has a great trainer in Nacho Beristain. But they will never stop my will to win. I will win because I have to win. It's in my DNA. And I will be a bigger name because of my will to win. ... I have one goal - go into the ring, win and retire the great Juan Manuel Marquez."

Bradley is certainly hungry to prove on a huge stage that his win over Manny Pacquiao, the biggest victory in his undefeated career, was no fluke. Bradley and Marquez, in that order, are the two latest fighters to defeat Pacquiao, but Marquez did it in unequivocal fashion.

Marquez floored Pacman in the sixth round of their fourth bout, earning a knockout, while Bradley emerged victorious with a highly controversial decision.
