Dwyane Wade, Kevin Durant Twitter Feud? KD Says James Harden Should Replace Wade In NBA Top Ten Players, Receives Angry Instagram Response [PHOTO]

The Miami Heat have owned the Oklahoma City Thunder in recent seasons, and Dwyane Wade was more than happy to remind Kevin Durant of that when Durant said ex-teammate James Harden should replace him on an NBA Top Ten list.

When the list was read to him Durant was asked who belongs on that list, he said he believed Harden was not getting his due. When asked the follow up question, who he would remove from the list, he responded fairly quickly that he'd bump Wade.

That didn't sit well with the three-time titlist, who posted a photo on Instagram of a hastily made note reading, "9-24-13. Kevin Durant said James Harden should replace me in the Top 10. Note to self* Make him respect your place in history...again."

Durant responded on Twitter a mere 11 minutes later, "Show me don't tweet me." It's unclear whether the superstars' beef is real or part of their Gatorade marketing campaign. The two starred in a recent commercial in which both players have nightmares about one dunking on the other. It's no stretch to take the spat as authentic.

Durant has been second banana to Wade's teammate LeBron James since he entered the league, and was the runner up to him in the MVP running last year despite posting a historically great offensive campaign. His Thunder were also destroyed by the Heat in the 2011-2012 NBA Finals, the first of James' career.

Wade has even more titles (3) than James, leading to the "place in history" remark. In those Finals Durant statistically outplayed Wade by a fairly large margin. He scored 30 points per game to go with six rebounds and two assists while connecting on 55 percent of his shots.

Wade scored 22 points a night, with six rebounds and five assists, while shooting 44 percent.
