Today at 1:00 p.m. the Buccaneers (0-2) will try to patch the holes on their sinking pirate ship while the Patriots will try to survive another week of inconsistent wide receiver play and notch their third win of the year. Live stream the game here; Bucs fans can listen to the game on 560 WQAM while Patriots fans can hear the action on 98.5 The Hub.

The Buccaneers defense has been stingy this year, but the offense hasn't come to play in either of Tampa Bay's first two games. Head coach Greg Schiano, whose rear might be feeling pretty warm if Tampa can't get a win this week said, "We're close. Close isn't good enough, we've got to get over the hump."

Through two weeks various rumors have swirled regarding Schiano's relationship with his players. Josh Freeman was reported to be asking for a trade out of Tampa Bay, while Darrelle Revis was said to be unhappy with the losing and his usage on defense. Revis has tried to squash those tales.

"Zero truth," Revis said. "Why wouldn't I be happy here? They gave me an opportunity coming off my (knee) injury to play football again, so I'm excited to be here."

Tampa Bay is also dealing with the absence of hard-hitting safety Dashon Goldson this week, who was suspended for a helmet-to-helmet shot on Saints running back Darren Sproles in Week 2.

"I try to keep my hits within the rules," Goldson said. "That's what I'm going to do week in and week out. I'm going to try to get guys on the ground. But at the same time, I've got to be careful."
