Russell Wilson, Ciara Relationship Rumors: With No Sex At Home, Seahawks QB Turning To 10 Hours Of Massages Per Week [VIDEO]

With no sex at home, Russell Wilson is looking elsewhere for pleasure.

The Seahawks quarterback has been dating pop star Ciara since April, but as a devout Christian, he has vowed to stay celibate until the two eventually tie the knot. Football is a rough and tumble sport, and Wilson needed something to help him get through the various blows he takes on fall Sundays.

That something, as it turns out, is 10 hours worth of massages every week. Wilson has played in nearly 60 straight games without getting hurt, but he's put his body through a lot. The former Super Bowl champion has been sacked an NFL-leading 31 times and has rushed 52 times this season, so he needed something to keep his young body feeling good throughout the campaign.

"I think just taking care of your body is really important, especially when you're playing in the NFL," Wilson told ESPN. "You've got to take care of yourself, stretch-up time, do everything that you can to be ready and feel your best every week. I've done that really since my rookie year, just continue to make sure I take care of my body and [am] ready to go for the game."

Part of taking care of his body is finding time to get massages due to the hectic schedule of an NFL quarterback, which includes workouts, practices, games and studying film. Wilson said it's easy for him to set apart 10 hours each week because he knows it's part of his job.

"It's a big part of being a professional, being a professional athlete, is taking care of yourself," Wilson said. "It's kind of a major part, so it's not like finding time. It's really just in the schedule. It's one of those things that you have to make sure you get that done."

Wilson doesn't spend much of that free time in the bedroom due to his vow with Ciara, so it's understandable where he finds the time to get the treatment.

On the field this season, Wilson has completed 69.6 percent of his passes for 1,668 yards with eight touchdowns and five interceptions and has rushed for 271 yards on 52 attempts. Seattle, which has played in two straight Super Bowls, has underachieved to a 3-4 record in 2015.

Perhaps once he's able to get it going on in the bedroom, things will improve. Massages just can't do it all.
