Today at 4:25 p.m. ET, it will be a battle of brothers as Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos (1-0) travel to New Jersey to battle Eli Manning and the New York Giants (0-1) in New York's home opener at MetLife Stadium in NFL Week 2 action. The game can be live streamed here. Broncos fans can access all the action on the radio at 850 KOA while Giants fans can do the same on 101.9 The Fan.

This week will be the first time two quarterbacks oppose one another after throwing for over 400 yards in their previous games. Peyton Manning is coming in hot, having thrown for 462 yards while tying an NFL single-game record by throwing for seven touchdown passes in the team's Week 1 49-27 victory over the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens.

Eli Manning  also had a solid game, throwing for 450 yards and four touchdowns, but also threw three interceptions and the Giants kept turning the ball over as New York fell to its rival Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 by a 36-31 margin.

Will Peyton Manning be able to keep his momentum going or will the ten day layoff prove costly? Will Eli Manning be able to right the ship in New York or will the Giants continue to turn the ball over like last week?

All of these questions factor in to Sunday's game, dubbed as "Manning Bowl III." Eli bests Peyton in Super Bowl wins 2-1, but Peyton has gotten the better of Eli in their previous two meetings opposite one another, having won both. This will be the first time Peyton faces Eli as a Bronco and not as an Indianapolis Colt.

Peyton enjoyed the start to the season for the Broncos.

"This was a good start to a new season for us," Peyton said per ESPN. "... So, it's just a start, get a couple days' extra preparation for Week 2."

Peyton connected with Julius ThomasDemaryius Thomas and Wes Welker for two touchdowns each in the win. Julius Thomas scored on Peyton's first two touchdown passes and finished with 110 yards on five catches while Demaryius Thomas had 161 yards on five receptions. Welker had nine receptions for 67 yards.

New York is going to have to protect the ball better than it did last week if it has any hopes in beating Denver. Along with Eli's three interceptions, running back David Wilson lost two fumbles and the Giants turned the ball over six times. Head coach Tom Coughlin put Wilson on notice following the game.

"David Wilson is a very talented young man, who we need to be productive," Coughlin told ESPN. "We have been down this road before. We can help him be a better ball carrier, a better secure ball carrier."

The Giants signed former player Brandon Jacobs this week in hopes of sparking their running game.

One player Eli had some chemistry with Sunday was Victor Cruz, who scored three touchdowns on five receptions for 118 yards.

Will Peyton continue to strive and win his third consecutive Manning Bowl? Or Will Eli and the Giants strike a measure of revenge and even out their record? It will all be discovered when the brothers go head-to-head tonight.
