As John Cena continues to rehab and recover from surgery in hopes of once again stepping through the ropes to grapple in a wrestling ring, he has kept the Twitter world apprised to his recovery. In his latest graphic photo update, Cena reveals his scar while alluding to his rehabilitation.

Cena has been sidelined since the Aug. 19 episode of RAW that followed WWE's SummerSlam pay-per-view due to an injury to his left triceps. Cena's latest photo is just one in the line of many the Cenation leader has sent out through the Twitter world since he was hurt. His recovery time is expected to be four to six months, which could keep the face of the WWE out of a ring until the end of the year.

It is foreseeable that Cena may be able to return in time for the WWE's Royal Rumble pay-per-view that airs on Jan. 26 from Pittsburgh.

Meanwhile, Wrestlezone reports that a site affiliated with the WWE has announced the cancelation of two world tour shows in Barcelona and Madrid that were slated to occur in November. According to Wrestlezone, John Cena's injury was one of the main contributing factors to the WWE pulling out of the shows.

WWE.com reports that rather than do the two shows in Barcelona and Madrid, the company will be going on a tour of Europe by visiting Dublin, Ireland, Glasgow, Scotland and Brussels, Belgium Nov. 7 and 8 as part of a European tour that will end with WWE Monday Night Raw and WWE SmackDown from Manchester, England.

Cena will not be a part of WWE's Night of Champions pay-per-view this Sunday.

The timetable for Cena's return will most likely be in 2014, but until then the WWE Superstar will rehab and keep updating his progress on getting back to the ring one tweet at a time.
