Lamar Odom Paparazzi Fight [VIDEO]: Former Los Angeles Laker, Clipper Will Not Face Charges For Smashing Window, Camera

Embattled NBA player Lamar Odom will not face charges stemming from his public dispute with paparazzi in the middle of an Los Angeles street earlier this summer.

Police originally sought to file charges against Odom after he smashed out one photographer’s car windows and broke another’s camera before fleeing the scene.

But according to TMZ, Odom will now only be required to meet and speak with a City Attorney about respecting the rights of others as well as pay for all the equipment he damaged.

On the same day the incident occurred, reports surfaced Odom’s reality TV wife Khloe Kardashian had kicked her NBA husband out of their home after learning he allegedly engaged in a year-long affair with a 29-year-old Washington D.C woman.

RadarOnline.com identified the woman as Jennifer Richardson, adding that the two met in January of 2012 and almost instantly began having an affair.

Radar reports the two had an “intimate dinner” that same night and she returned with him to his hotel room where they “did everything else” but have intercourse.

Odom needed to have several fears allayed. According to Radar, as soon as Richardson arrived at his room, Odom took her phone apart and put pieces in different spots across the room.

“He actually took the battery out and the back off,” a source close to Richardson told Star. “She thought he was afraid that she would take photos or record him.”
