Tonight at 10:00 p.m., America's Team, the Dallas Cowboys, will begin their preseason in Oakland's "Black Hole" against the Oakland Raiders. The game can be live streamed here; Cowboys fans can listen to the action on 105.3 The Fan, while Raiders fans can do likewise on 95.7 The Game.

Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel will likely get a reprieve from being the most talked about quarterback in Texas after tonight's game, as the state will surely be analyzing every step of every dropback Tony Romo takes.

Romo inked a seven-year, $119.5 million contract, $40 million of which is guaranteed. Along with that money, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he expects Romo's work in the film room to match that of Denver Broncos legend Peyton Manning. While that is a nebulous demand, it shows the pressure Romo will be under.

He will be connecting with wide receiver Dez Bryant tonight, who toward the end of the 2012 season flashed his potential as an elite No. 1 target. Despite battling a finger injury during the second half of the season, Bryant finished 2012 with 92 receptions, 1,382 yards and 12 scores.

Meanwhile, Oakland will be assessing several options for their offense beginning tonight. Matt Flynn, has two years and $11.5 million on his contract to be the starter for the Raiders.

Despite that, Oakland seems interested in using Terrelle Pryor, who starred at Ohio State as a dual threat quarterback, but recently admitted to learning how to properly throw a football this offseason.

Pryor could be an interesting option in a league that seems more conducive to run/pass threats under center, however Pryor is a long way from comparing to the likes of Cam Newton and Robert Griffin III. At this point in time, Pryor is more like Tim Tebow; hardly a kind comparison.
