Katie Nolan On Floyd Mayweather: 'Garbage Time' Host Calls Money A 'Piece of Sh*t' Due To Domestic Violence History [VIDEO]

Your weekly recap of Fox Sports 1’s Garbage Time with Katie Nolan begins now.

Nolan was back with brand new episode on Sunday night, for those who weren’t busy deep diving into the worlds of Westeros or Sterling Cooper Draper Price on their TV screens. As always, Nolan broke up her broadcast into a series of short vignettes.

Last night Nolan skewed more toward the comedic and lighthearted side in this episode’s fare.
In honor of the NFL Draft kicking off Thursday night this week, Nolan did some football scouting of her own—for the Puppy Bowl, that is.

She offered some thoughts on the USWNT controversial soccer jerseys…

Also, she gave a ‘touching’ tribute to unique freak baseball injuries (there’s a lot more of them than you think).

However, all this didn’t mean Nolan wasn’t going to get at least a little serious. She often likes to tackle one sports issue of actual socio-political import each episode, and this week it was discussing the gruesome domestic violence history of boxer Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather is slated to fight Manny Pacquiao Saturday in a match that’s predicted to shatter PPV records.

"He's been to court, he's been convicted five times. It's not likely that he's being targeted," Nolan said. "Should you be allowed to do your when outside of your job you're a piece of sh*t?" Strong words, and not unwarranted ones, either.
