The chase for the 2016 European Cup will take its next step on Friday. Two teams attempting to qualify for the tournament will do battle in a match between Moldova and Sweden. The contest scheduled for 3:45 p.m. ET will be held at the Stadionul Zimbru in Chisinau and can be live streamed here.
What They're Saying
Moldova head coach Alexandru Curteian (via UEFA): "We know it will be really hard as Sweden are a young, aggressive team with lots of talent and have Zlatan IbrahimoviÄ, one of world's best players. But we are not scared. We have nothing to lose. After the home defeat by Liechtenstein, we owe our fans. A draw will do for us for sure. We'll try to surprise them."
Moldova captain Alexandru Epureanu: "In my opinion, the world's best footballer plays for Sweden, Zlatan IbrahimoviÄ. It will be great test for us and especially for defenders. We must work hard and try to play with discipline."
Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic: "He [Isaac Kiese Thelin] is big and strong, he doesn't shy away from the physical duels. If he can enter the physical duels it would leave me with more energy to spend on things that I'm good at."
