Stacie Juris and Sarah Kidd, Miss Illinois and Miss Massachusetts are so excited about the Stanley Cup Finals war being waged by the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins, that they took a picture together clad in just jerseys of the respective teams.
Juris has become one of the hottest trends on the Internet, no pun intended, thanks to her photo with Kidd. While both women are stunning, Juris has received the bulk of the attention. This is likely due to a checkered past that has come to light along with her sexy photo.
In 2011, Juris was arrested for shoplifting, which excluded her from 2012 pageants and competitions. The charges against her were eventually dropped and she faced no punishment for the alleged shoplifting. Both women competed in this year's Miss USA competition but neither finished in the top three.
Juris' top quote from the evening was her response to a question about lowering the legal drinking age in the United States to 18 in an effort to curb binge drinking in young people. Juris said, "I think if you're going to drink irresponsibly, you're going to do so whether you're 18, 19, 20 or 21." You still have a responsibility to encourage responsible drinking.
Mary Margaret McCord, Miss Alabama was the runner-up while Erin Brady, Miss Connecticut, walked away with the top prize. According to MissUSA.com, Brady graduated from Central Connecticut State with a finance degree and minor in criminal justice.
In her Miss USA bio, the website says "Erin was raised in a home heavily influenced by alcohol and substance abuse and she sadly remembers the lack of support and places to turn to for the children of addicts...It is her goal to help break the cycle of addiction as she plans to be an advocate for children of alcohol and substance abuse."
