Dwyane Wade's Ex Plans To Serve Pat Riley At NBA Finals

Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife wife is planning to serve his boss Pat Riley at the NBA Finals, thereby requiring him to testify at an upcoming hearing she has scheduled with the NBA star.

Attorneys for Siohvaughn Funches have long argued they believe the NBA star is hiding money to avoid having to pay her more in spousal support. According to Gossip Extra, in subpoenaing Riley they hope to be able to more accurately delve into his finances.

In arguing before Circuit Court Judge that Riley should be ordered to testify, Funches’ attorney Lisa Macci stressed “Florida law says that an employer needs to make an employee available for service. I guess the Miami Heat and Pat Riley are above the law.”

In fact, according to Gossip Extra, process servers from Gotcha Legal Services have previously tried to serve Riley, only to be rebuffed and now consider the Heat to be “unprofessional.”

“We never give up,” Gotcha owner Chris Yeoman told Gossip Extra. “He’ll be served, even if we have to do it at the NBA Finals.”

Wade reportedly paid his ex-wife $1 million in an upfront settlement and $35K a month in regular support. The Heat are now deadlocked 2-2 with the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.
