Olympic medal-winner Ryan Lochte has been dumped by his girlfriend in the cruelest of ways, according to The New York Daily News.
The paper reports the 28-year-old Olympic swimmer was dumped by British girlfriend Jaimee Holler during a recent episode of his reality shows “What Would Ryan Lochte Do?” via a phone call.
In the episode, according to The News, Lochte receives a phone call that he elects to take in private. After briefly walking away from the cameras, Lochte returns to share the news that his long-distance paramour had just dumped him.
Lochte resides in Forida, while Holler, a 28-year-old junior sales manager, is said to live in London. She had only recently been introduced to viewers when she visited Lochte’s home in an episode airing earlier this month.
Based on their busy schedules, the two reportedly only saw one another a few times a year, but now Lochte seems left with even more time for soul-searching.
“What I really want is, I want to find that one true love that I want to spend the rest of my life with,” he recently told the Daily Beast.com. "And I just haven't found that yet. So I'm still looking."
