Tonight at 7 p.m. ET, the Pittsburgh Penguins (13-3-2, 28 points) and New York Islanders (13-6-0, 26 points)  face-off for the third of five meetings this season live from the Nassau Coliseum in New York. The game can be live streamed here. Pittsburgh fans can hear all fo the action on WXDX 105.9 while New York fans can do the same on  WRHU 88.7.

This is the second game of a home-and-home as the Islanders topped the Penguins 5-4 in a shootout Friday night at the Consol Energy Center. The Pens defeated the Isles 3-1 in the first meeting between these teams on Oct. 18.

The Islanders trail the Penguins by just two points atop the Metropolitan Division and will look to sweep the home-and-home tonight.

"We want to play a little bit more 'in your face.' In the first and third periods, we were really good, we did a lot of good things. In the second period, we mismanaged the puck ... and when you make it a short track for them, a quick transition game, they're going to get their opportunities," New York coach Jack Capuano said.

Brock Nelson has nine goals for the Islanders this year and is tied atop the scoresheet with 18 points alongside John Tavares  (seven goals, 11 assists) and Kyle Okposo (fiver markers, 13 helpers) atop the scoresheet with 18 points. 

The Penguins will look to bounce back from Friday night and generate some space within the division.

Sidney Crosby is second in the NHL with 18 assists and 26 points thus far this season while Patric Hornqvist  (10 goals, 12 assists) and Evgeni Malkin (seven tallies, 15 helpers) are each second behind Crosby with 22 points.

In net, Pittsburgh is likely to turn to Thomas Griess, who is 2-0-1 and has yielded six goals on 96 shots thus far this season.

New York is likely to counter with Jaroslav Halak, who is 8-4-0 with a 2.54 goals-against average and a .914 save percentage.

The Penguins and Islanders close out a home-andhome with a lot of division implications when the puck drops tonight at the Nassau Coliesum on Long Island.
