WWE Rumors: Roman Reigns Possibly Returning By Tables, Ladders and Chairs In December [VIDEO]

WWE Superstar Roman Reigns could be back as soon as next month and he may even appear at Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2014 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on Dec. 14.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Reigns is expected to return to the WWE by Christmas and could very well have a match at Tables, Ladders and Chairs.

The WWE has big plans for Reigns, so they're not going to rush him back, but he will definitely be at January's Royal Rumble event from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Reigns underwent emergency hernia surgery on Sept. 20 which caused the WWE to have to cancel his one-on-one match with former Shield partner Seth Rollins at Night of Champions the following evening.

Reigns said in an interview on Monday Night RAW recently that Rollins is in his sights when he returns.

There have been rumors that the Royal Rumble Match will boil down to former Shield members Reigns, Rollins and Dean Ambrose with Reigns eventually getting the win to become No. 1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The company has been planning on a big WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout between Reigns and Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. on March 29, 2015 for quite some time.

The WWE doesn't want to rush Reigns back due to the fact that he is a huge part of their plans for the most important time of the year, but it appears as though he should be back by late December.

The WWE has advertised Reigns for house shows after Christmas, so it is highly likely that Reigns is close to returning to television.

There is always the outside chance that Reigns makes a surprise return to join up with John Cena and Dolph Ziggler in the match between Team Cena and Team Authority at Survivor Series on Nov. 23 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, but that is merely speculation.

Reigns' road to recovery is almost complete, and he could be returning at the perfect time for his big push in the WWE.
