SummerSlam 2014 Results: Brock Lesnar Wins WWE Championship, Two Other Titles Change Hands

The WWE presented the 27th annual SummerSlam tonight live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the sixth consecutive year.

In the main event, Brock Lesnar won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship by coming off of ending The Streak of The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX  and dominating John Cena.Lesnar hit an F-5 and pinned Cena to win the gold.

Two other titles changed hands as Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz to become the new Intercontinental Champion and Paige defeated AJ Lee for the Divas Championship.

Ziggler defeated Miz after kicking out of the Skull Crushing Finale and hitting the Zig Zag for the win. Paige defeated Lee with a DDT out of nowhere after reversing out of the Black Widow.

In a high-profile match, Roman Reigns defeated Randy Orton after he kicked out of the RKO and hit the spear.

In a big development, Stephanie McMahon defeated Brie Bella after Bella knocked out Triple H and her sister Nikki Bella laid her out, enabling McMahon to get the pinfall win.

Also on the show, Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose in a Lumberjack Match after all of the lumberjacks brawled and Rollins walloped Ambrose with the Money in the Bank briefcase and pinned him.

Another big feud came to a head as Bray Wyatt defeated Chris Jericho after he kicked out of the Codebreaker and hit the Sister Abigail for the win.

Elsewhere, Rusev defeated Jack Swagger in a Flag Match that didn't have the traditional rules. Rusev won after he stuck Swagger in the Accolade and caused him to pass out. Rusev then celebrated with the Russian flag and the Russian national anthem played.

On the pre-show, Rob Van Dam defeated Cesaro with the Five Star Frog Splash.
