Today kicks off the fifth test between India and England from The Oval in London England which can be live streamed free by clicking this link. This series will run from August 15 to August 19, and although weather concerns persist because of Hurricane Bertha, play is only expected to be affected on Sunday.
The test series began promising, with India winning a road test for the first time in three years. The good feelings evaporated though with two consecutive losses to follow it up vs. the English.
Things got uglier for India, when English captain Alastair Cook spilled the beans on some of bowler James Anderson's bad behavior. "I can't tell you my first impressions of him because I played against Lancashire and he called me everything under the sun," Cook said.
"Then I went on an England 'A' tour with him and we never spoke. We were both called up to play for England together from Antigua to go to India and we were sitting together on the plane. The only words he had said to me for two years before then were swear words and I was thinking: 'This is going to be an interesting 48 hours.' But now we're really good friends."
Anderson responded to the controversy with a fine performance that has set England straight. India needs to experience their own resurgence, which should be helped along by the possible return of Ishant Sharma, who has missed the last two tests with an undisclosed leg injury.
