In the middle of budget cuts for the WWE, the company has implemented stricter policies with the talent and a lot of the WWE personnel have been upset over their pay recently.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, the WWE recently announced a fining system that hasn't gone over well with the talent. The company has re-instated a dress code policy that if talents are out in public they must dress professionally and a failure to do so will result in a fine.

Other fines for WWE personnel have been initiated now including levies for being even just one minute late to the arena for shows, adding to the unhappiness of some WWE Superstars.

Reports indicate that on top of the fines, the talent in the WWE is upset over the fact that the money just hasn't been good lately and while money is always a problem between the company and its employees, it doesn't seem as though anything will change soon as things have progressively gotten worse.

The WWE reportedly mailed out quarterly royalty checks to its Superstars and it only made matters worse. According to the report, talent that usually makes $70,000 for the first quarter video game royalties received just $11,700 for the first quarter of this year.

When royalty checks were handed out for the second quarter, many of the talents believed that the difference from the first royalty checks would be made up, but that was not the case. Most of the top Superstars in the company received $1,555 in the latest checks.

The company has taken some financial hits in the last few months as the WWE Network has underwhelming subscriptions, the WWE signed a lackluster television deal with NBC Universal and the company stock has taken a hit.

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley recently said in a Facebook post that he was underwhelmed with the video game checks and even said he wasn't going to sign his legends contract with the WWE because the money was so little.

The WWE has been making many budget cuts as of late and recently released 10 Superstars, a writer, a referee and an announcer as part of those cuts, and more cost slashing could be coming. The company has also scaled back on pyro and its ring crew.

It is said that CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon has ordered that more cuts come and that could very well lead to more talent being let go.
