World Cup 2014 Photos: Netherlands Crushes Spain, Robin Van Persie Dominates With Two Goals, Highlight Reel Header

The Netherlands stunned the world with their 5-1 thrashing of defending World Cup champion Spain. Robin Van Persie scored what may be the best goal of the entire tourney in the first half, a header coming off a full out dive over the head of Spanish goalie Iker Casillas.

Van Persie became the first Dutch player to score in three consecutive World Cups, and notched two goals in this game. The Netherlands won 5-1, embarrassing the champs and exacting sweet revenge for their loss in the 2010 Final.
