Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN the slumping Indiana Pacers (51-20) will try to shake off their poor offense when the defending champion Miami Heat invade Bankers Life Fieldhouse in what could be a preview of the Eastern Conference Finals. Both teams haven't been at their best recently, but Heat forward Chris Bosh was very honest in assessing his engagement come the end of the regular season. "I know everybody's trying to make the games important back in December," Bosh said. "Well, now they're important."

Tonight's matchup can put Indiana three games ahead of the Heat in the East, or chop their lead to just one, and home court advantage isn't something the Pacers want to concede to King James' crew. The Pacers are 32-4 this season on their own floor.

"It's coming down to a photo finish," Bosh said. "We have a unique opportunity. No matter what's happened this whole season, we're within striking distance. It's here and it'll be a great playoff atmosphere. I can't wait."

Still even though the Heat got back on track Tuesday with a close win over the Portland Trailblazers, they'll likely be without their two best shooting guards Dwyane Wade and Ray Allen. Wade is holding out hope of playing, but Allen's already been ruled out.

The missing guards should help the Pacers, but their problems have come from within lately. "We're just not clicking," center Roy Hibbert said. "And we should be clicking." Not clicking is an understatement-the Pacers haven't reached 78 points in either of their last two losses, and shot a combined 36 percent in the two defeats.
