At 13:30 GMT, or 8:30 a.m. ET, a struggling India squad will take the oval desperate for a victory when they square off with England in Dhaka for a World T20 warm up match before they meet Pakistan in their first matchup. Live stream the pre-World T20 matchup free by clicking this link.
The Indians were downed by Sri Lanka in their first warm up, despite getting 41 and 33 respectively from Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh. Their lineup situation is unsettled heading into the World T20, and today may feature more tinkering in order to optimize the contributions of youngster Ajinkya Rahane. To do that, one of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan must likely be dropped in the order.
England isn't necessarily sitting pretty either, as they deal with potentially crippling injuries to Joe Root and Stuart Broad. Root's been ruled out for the entirety of the World T20, while Broad's expected to give it a go on his balky knee.
Look for slugger Alex Hales to be called on to fill in the production gap that could be left behind in the wake of these frustrating maladies. India is dealing with an injury as well to captain M.S. Dhoni, who is fighting a strained side. Before facing Sri Lanka in the first warm up Dhoni didn't even bat in the nets.
