Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET the defending champion Miami Heat (43-15) will travel to Texas where the team they vanquished in last year's Finals, the San Antonio Spurs (44-16) await. One night after scoring a career-high 61 points against the Charlotte Bobcats, LeBron James was spent in the second half of a game against the Houston Rockets in which he claims Dwight Howard re-broke his nose. Heat fans are hoping he's back up to speed against the defending Western Conference champions.

"I fought through it in the first half," James said of his haggard performance vs. Houston. "Second half it just wasn't there for me. Got out of rhythm." He can be forgiven for an off-night; LeBron leads the Heat in scoring (27.4 PPG), rebounding (6.9) and assists (6.4).

The Spurs were blown out in their first meeting of the season but that was without a number of key players. Tonight Tony Parker, Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard and Tiago Splitter will all be in action, and the Spurs are looking to push their current winning streak to five.

In their last outing, they definied unselfishness by assisting on 24 of their 25 second half baskets, and also drilled 12-of-18 3-pointers. "That doesn't happen very often," coach Gregg Popovich said. "We've been doing that really well all year long, but that's a ridiculous ratio right there."

Spurs sixth man Manu Ginobili is hoping for more of the same against Miami's tough defense. "That's a lot of fun," Ginobili said. "That means everybody got involved and everybody enjoyed the game. It's great to be a part of that."
