Blues forward Jaden Schwartz will be out for at least 12 weeks after surgery to repair a fractured left ankle suffered on Friday in practice. Schwartz was placed on injured reserve Saturday and the Blues have recalled forward Ty Rattie from Chicago of the AHL.
