Jay Z Sports Agency Empire Growing With Signing of Teddy Bridgewater? Roc Nation Attractive to College Underclassmen [VIDEO]

Jay Z's sports agency empire is looking to expand into Kentucky. And South Carolina and Los Angeles

National Football Post is reporting that University of Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is considering signing with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports.

Bridgewater, a junior from Miami, threw for 443 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Cardinals past the University of Miami 36-9 in the Russell Athletic Bowl in Orlando, Fla. ESPN originally reported that Bridgewater had decided to forego his senior year in college to enter the NFL draft.

He is the third high-profile college athlete considering Roc Nation as his representation, according to National Football Post.

South Carolina junior defensive end Jadeveon Clowney and UCLA sophomore quarterback Brett Hundley also have expressed an interest in Jay Z's sports agency if they decide to leave for the NFL. According to the article, Hundley's father denied that his son had contact with Roc Nation, but multiple sources say that representatives of Hundley have had conversations with Roc Nation.

Jay Z's group is becoming more prevalent on the professional sports landscape. Roc Nation helped Major League Baseball free agent Robinson Cano square away a 10-year, $240 million contract with the Seattle Mariners.

NBA superstar Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, NFL rookie quarterback Geno Smith of the New York Jets, WNBA star Skylar Diggins of the Tulsa Shock and a marketing contract with NFL wide receiver Victor Cruz of the New York Giants.

Bridgewater completed 303 of 427 passes (71 percent) for 3,970 yards with 31 touchdowns and just four interceptions. He averaged 305.4 passing yards per game to rank 10th nationally. He also ran for 184 yards and scored his first rushing touchdown in the bowl game.
