Dak Prescott and his girlfriend are not the type to hog the spotlight, but in a rare case, the two were spotted together at a charity event in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Dallas Cowboys star was accompanied by his girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos at the Gateway Celebrity Fight Night, which was also graced by celebrities from other fields of entertainment- producer and composer David Foster and his wife Katharine McPhee, singer Michael Buble, comedian Caroline Rhea, and NSYNC member Joey Fatone.

Ramos also took to social media to post about their fabulous night and thanked the event organizers.

Prescott and Ramos reportedly started dating before last season but only "semi" confirmed their relationship in September of last year when the former posted a photo of her wearing his jersey.

The two welcomed a baby named Margaret Jane Rose on February 29.

Prescott described the arrival of their baby as the biggest blessing in their lives.

"MJ Rose, Being your parents is the biggest blessing life has to offer and we are so fortunate that you are ours! Welcome into this world, baby girl, you will always be loved and protected! We are so IN LOVE with you," he wrote on Instagram.

Prescott has been low-key this offseason after their failed attempt at the Super Bowl last season.

The three-time Pro Bowl's family life going public comes at a time when his past controversies are starting to get settled.

Prescott's sexual assault case is settled

The public appearance of the couple was followed by good news.

A seven-year-old sexual assault case will no longer hound Prescott filed against him by a woman from Dallas.

Local Dallas news network WFAA, citing an anonymous source, reported that the police will no longer pursue a criminal case against the Cowboys star.

This is because, according to the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, there is no evidence to use to push the accusation.

"I want to thank the Dallas Police Department and Dallas County District Attorneys' office for their thorough investigation of the allegations against Dak Prescott," the quarterback's attorney, Levi McCathern, said in a statement.

"As we knew they would, they found nothing in their extensive exploration of the facts that would support a criminal prosecution."

The incident happened in 2017.

A woman, who remains unnamed, claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Prescott, who had just finished his rookie season, at a strip club in Dallas.

The assault, she said, took place inside a vehicle.

Prescott denied the allegation and counter-sued.

In his complaint, he said the woman was trying to extort him by asking him to pay around $100 million so that she would not go public with the allegations.

The accuser's attorney filed a motion to dismiss Prescott's lawsuit a week ago.

This development is welcome news for the Cowboys as they prepare for the next season.

They recently welcomed back Ezekiel Elliot, Prescott's former field partner, who was released last year.
