Henry wants to explore the free agency market, and the Ravens should make him available. He plays with physicality, something that the team missed during the game against the Chiefs.
ESPN NFL analyst Robert Griffin III thinks the running back is a perfect fit for the Ravens.
"Derrick Henry plays with physicality, is relentless in his preparation, and has a clear passion to get over the hump to play for a championship," Griffin wrote.
"There is only one place for him to go. Derrick Henry should be a Baltimore Raven because he already Plays like a Raven."
Henry and Jackson will be a formidable tandem as they can punish opposing teams with their running game.
2. Saquon Barkley from the New York Giants
If Barkley continues to have a tumultuous relationship with the New York Giants, he could use a team like the Ravens, which can bring out the best in him as one of the best running backs in the country.
The franchise tag was used on him by the Giants before the start of the season, and many believe that the team will likely part ways with him after a subpar 2023. In 14 games he played and started, he had 247 carries for 962 rushing yards. He also had six rushing touchdowns with 41 receptions for 280 receiving yards and four receiving touchdowns.
The feeling is mutual as Barkley divulged that after imagining himself retiring with the Giants, the thought of playing for another team is now among the options because of the haggling in contract last year.
3. Cordarrelle Patterson of the Atlanta Falcons
Jackson will have a field day working with Cordarrelle Patterson, a player who can play multiple positions.
Patterson, who became a free agent this summer, will turn 33 next month, but there is no doubt he still has good years left in him.
His availability, though, will depend on the Atlanta Falcons' next move.
He can be used as a utility player, as a running back, as a wide receiver, a return specialist, and sometimes, a defender.
The best offer the Ravens can make for Patterson is the chance to play for a title contender.
