The Atlanta Braves pulled off a sensational comeback, securing a thrilling 5-4 victory in Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday, October 9, to tie the series at one game apiece.

During a crucial moment, Phillies right fielder and third baseman Nick Castellanos launched a powerful shot toward the back of the diamond. However, Braves center fielder Michael Harris II made a ridiculous catch, preventing the ball from going out of play.

This incredible play secured the second out of the ninth inning, and the 22-year-old followed up with a smart throw to the bases, putting the Braves in a favorable position to attempt to retire Phillies center fielder Bryce Harper and ultimately concluding the top of the ninth inning.

The 2022 National League Rookie of the Year spoke on his game-deciding play after the game.

"I played it through my head before and just knew I wasn't trying to let anything drop," Harris said on Bally Sports.
