Floyd Mayweather Comments On Thurman-Garcia Fight By Saying There Is No Competition For Him [VIDEO]

Floyd Mayweather last Saturday happened to see a unification fight between WBA welterweight champion Keith Thurman and WBC champion Danny Garcia, it is fair to say he wasn't impressed with what he saw from those two. At the end, Mayweather commented that there still no one who can give him the competition in this sport.

28-year old Thurman might be the one who would differ from the comments made by Mayweather. Some of those right hands that Thurman hit Garcia with in the first four rounds of the match would probably land Mayweather's chin too all ends up. Thurman might be a tough fight for Mayweather who has left ring little while ago.

Mayweather retired from professional boxing two years ago, he last won against Andre Berto in 2015 in his last match. He is just looking to snag a fight between him and current hot performer Conor McGregor. That fight would ofcourse be a mismatch for Mayweather, if might be a different story if he thinks to fight a boxer with real skills and power like Thurman.

However, it would be nice if Mayweather test his no competition theory by coming back at the ring and fight anyone of same calibre. There are some good fighters who are willing to share the ring with him and Thurman might be the first one to do so. Gennady Golovkin might also volunteer to move down to 154 to fight Mayweather.

Saul Canelo Alvarez might also be the other one to fight Mayweather, Kell Brook and Errol Spence Jr. would also be feasible options for the retired boxer, there are plenty of fights available for him if he decides to step down from his retirement. It is not sure that he may beat all of them if fights again, maybe he can win against Danny Garcia, Brook and Pacquiao.
