The Wrestlemania 33 outlook of possible matches seems a lot clearer after Sunday night's Elimination Chamber event. The Orlando showcase event is set to see Bray Wyatt challenge Royal Rumble Champion Randy Orton for WWE gold. Apart from this, we have few other interesting match-ups that should light up the biggest stage in WWE.
WWE Universal Championship match between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar will be one awaited contest. Lesnar having been defeated both at Survivor Series and Royal Rumble by Goldberg will surely look to make a case at the mega Wrestlemania 33 showpiece. The history doesn't favor the Beast as he lost the only he met Goldberg at Wrestlemania 13 years ago. But, this time expect Lesnar to celebrate the victory over Goldberg who will continue his golden return with a championship win over Kevin Owens at the Fast Lane next month.
The mega match between Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton for the WWE Championship is also set to spark the Wrestlemania 33. Wyatt won his maiden WWE title in the Elimination Chamber event, Randy Orton won the Royal Rumble to earn this championship shot. It is expected that the newly found brotherhood love will disappear as the pair embrace the heated rivalry for the WWE title.
The RAW Women's Championship match between Charlotte, Bayley, Sasha Banks and Nia Jax will be a good to watch contest too. The four finest women wrestlers in RAW will fight for the crown at Wrestlemania 33, can't get much better. The champion Charlotte has never lost at the mega showpiece event before, so this gives her the much-needed edge. But, the records are there to be broken and it promises to be a grueling encounter.
Roman Reigns vs The Undertaker will be the contest that will contain emotions as it is expected to be the last Wrestlemania Deadman will feature in. Roman Reigns eliminated him from the Royal Rumble and he warned that this is not a done deal yet. So, here comes the revenge-like contest at the mega Wrestlemania 33 event unless Braun Strowman has something else in his mind.
Seth Rollins vs Triple H remains a game in doubt after Rollins sustained a knee injury at the hands of Samoa Joe, reports suggests he will get ready for the match but the time is running away. Meanwhile, Kevin Owens is set to lose his title to Goldberg on 5th of March. His bromance with Chris Jericho will end soon too. He will be without a gold this time but will be a favorite if this US title match takes place. Although, it is possible that Sami Zayn could be thrown into the mix.
John Cena partnering Nikki Bella will be facing the team of The Miz and Maryse. Cena pinned The Miz to eliminate him during the Elimination Chamber match, while Maryse was powdered during Nikki Bella's backstage brawl with Natalya. This battle is for the Smackdown Live's power couple and both couples have their reasons to be up for the contest at the mega Wrestlemania 33 match-up.
Big Show vs Shaquille O'Neal will be a novelty match of the Wrestlemania 33 night. These two have been at loggerheads on social media ever since NBA star legend O'Neal made a surprise appearance during last year's Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royale.
