Nick Young is surrounded by plenty of drama -- leading to his friend Gilbert Arenas making a tasteless joke about his baby mama.
The Lakers star has been embattled in a lot of personal problems over the last few weeks. First, Iggy Azalea announced she broke up with him and then his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, Keonna Green, dropped the bombshell that she was with Young during his infidelity with the Australian rapper and now she's preganant with another child.
With his friend newly single, Arenas took a tour of his house and posted a video of Young's place, noting how empty it was and saying, "Iggy took it all!" He also painted over the "Fancy" singer's name on the wall.
That's when the fun turned ugly as Arenas dropped an O.J. Simpson joke regarding Green.
"I heard you got a problem with your baby mom's," Arenas said in the video. "You know I'm the new O.J."
He then flashed a knife to complete the tasteless joke, which eluded to Simpson, who is still suspected for killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, despite being proclaimed innocent.
Though Young stepped out on Azalea with Green, he is currently enjoying the single life and isn't officially back with the mother of his child, according to TMZ Sports. The Lakers star is living alone in the house he used to share with Azalea and he's preparing for the upcoming NBA season as L.A. looks to bounce back from a franchise-worst season.
Young's relationship with Azalea became rocky after his teammate D'Angelo Russell secretly filmed the NBA star admitting that he cheated on the singer. Then, the rapper revealed she was ending things because she caught him on surveillance cameras.cheating on her in their own home with other women.
Azalea revealed on Instagram that she split from Young, calling her future a "blank page," and she later revealed the story of him going behind her back in their own home. The NBA star seems to be doing fine as he wrote "single" on Twitter shortly after the split and even threw a 4th of July bash in the house they once shared on Monday.
Green then sold her side of the story, going into details about how she and Young would get together behind Azalea's back and how she's expecting again.
The actions of Green and Young are questionable, but it wasn't worth a murder joke.
