NFL Draft 2016 Watch FREE Live Stream Online & Listen: Day 1 Live Coverage From Chicago Auditorium Theater

The future is now for some NFL hopefuls as the 2016 NFL Draft goes live Thursday night from the Chicago Auditorium Theater.

Every year, there are millions of mock drafts thought up, but no one can ever quite get a pulse on the draft until the names are called. This year will surely be full of surprises, including trades and all the other unpredictable elements the night usually has to offer.

Prior to the draft, the Titans made a trade with the Rams, sending their first, fourth and sixth-round selections (1st, 113th, and 177th) in exchange for Los Angeles' first-round, two second-round, and third-round selections in this year's draft (15th, 43rd, 45th, and 76th) as well and their first and third-round picks next year.

St. Louis is expected to select former California quarterback Jared Goff with their No. 1 overall pick.

The Eagles also traded up with the Browns to secure the No. 2 overall pick. Philadelphia landed the pick along with a compensatory selection from Cleveland in exchange for their first-rounder (8th), third-rounder (77th) and fourth-rounder (100th) in this year's draft along with their first-round selection in the 2017 NFL Draft and second-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

It is expected that the Eagles will select North Dakota State signal caller Carson Wentz with their pick, but the quarterback said in the lead up to the draft that he didn't hear from Philadelphia prior to draft night.

"I have not," Wentz said, according to CBS Sports. "You want to get on the field as soon as you can."
