Despite missing out on the road to WrestleMania, Seth Rollins is well on the road to recovery.
"The Architect" has been absent since November, when a debilitating knee injury caused him to forfeit the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Rollins, of course, was the star of WrestleMania 31 last year as he hijacked the main event by cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase to turn the Roman Reigns-Brock Lesnar clash into a Triple Threat Match and win the title.
After the injury, the former Shield member relinquished the belt, which was won by Reigns in a tournament at Survivor Series. The title was then immediately won by Sheamus -- who also cashed in his briefcase -- before finding its way back to Reigns and then to Triple H at the Royal Rumble.
Rollins will now watch on as "The Game" defends the gold against the leader of the Roman Empire at WrestleMania 32 this Sunday at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. Though Rollins may be a few months away from returning, his rehab is definitely going strong, judging by a photo of him working out that was tweeted out by TapOuT on Thursday:

The picture has led to a lot of speculation that Rollins will be involved in some capacity at WrestleMania 32 on Sunday, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com. While it hasn't been confirmed, there are several roles that would fit the former champion should he be fit for an early return.
Rollins was expected in Dallas regardless because he has an Axxess signing as part of the WrestleMania weekend festivities. He'll also likely attend the Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday.
Sting, who lost to Rollins and suffered a possible career-ending neck injury in their match at Night of Champions in September, will headline the Class of 2016.
The former Hounds of Justice member stole the show by creating the greatest heist in WrestleMania history last year in one of the best endings of all time. Perhaps another surprise is up his sleeve again this year.
