Colin Kaepernick, Nessa Update: Couple Together For Labor Day Weekend [VIDEO]

Social media is disrupting Colin Kaepernick's life once again.

If he is dating ex-49ers teammate Aldon Smith's ex-girlfriend, and if they're trying to keep it on the down low, then they should have told the woman's sister, terezowens.com is reporting.

Rumors Of Colin Kaepernick-Nessa Romance Heat Up As Couple Starts Following Each Other On Twitter

The San Francisco quarterback and radio personality Nessa spent the Labor Day weekend together in San Jose, according to terezowens.com. The site posted a tweet from @vintagekillers, which it hints is either Nessa's sister -- she calls Nessa her sister in the tweet -- or one of Nessa's crew.

"My sister hangs out with kaepernick like its nothing," the tweet, which has since been deleted, read.

During the 49ers training camp, Smith reportedly got into an altercation with Kaepernick a couple of days before he was arrested on a hit-and-run charge. There were reports that Smith crashed into Kaepernick's car, which both he and the 49ers refuted.

Alleged Colin Kaepernick-Aldon Smith Fight In 49ers Camp Could Have Involved Smith's Ex-Girlfriend

The team cut Smith after his running afoul of the police. TMZ Sports brought up Nessa's name in its report but did not indicate whether she had anything to do with the alleged altercation between Smith and Kaepernick.

Speculation that Kaepernick and Nessa are dating increased when the two began following each other on Twitter late last month. He has not commented on the rumors of his romance with Nessa.

Kaepernick is trying to rebound from a subpar 2014 in which he had the worst quarterback rating of his career, was sacked 52 times and led the team to an 8-8 record. That marked the first time in his three seasons as a starter that the Niners failed to make the playoffs, much less reach the NFC Championship Game.

He was 5-of-13 passing for 40 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions during the preseason. He ran the ball four times for 62 yards.
