Denver Broncos Rumors: Von Miller Believes Roster Is 'Stacked'

Like many other teams around the league, the Denver Broncos are starting to go through their offseason program, and they are working to improve on the little things that prevented them from reaching their goal of returning to the Super Bowl last season.

One big question the team faced was about the future of star quarterback Peyton Manning, but now that the future Hall of Famer is back in the fold, his teammates are anxious to see how far he can take them in the upcoming season, according to The Denver Post.

Many feel like the team lost more than it gained so far this offseason, as several key players from last year's team now have new homes, but that has done nothing to diminish the enthusiasm of the returning players, who have confidence in John Elway to stock the roster with talent and Peyton Manning to lead them on the field.

Shane Victorino Warned DeMarco Murray About Philly Fans

"I don't think there's been one year where I've looked back at the team before and been like, 'Man, the team that we had last year was better.' I've always felt confident in the team, no matter who we have or didn't. I feel great," outside linebacker Von Miller said. "I feel like we got another great team. I feel like we're stacked again.

"We got a lot of young guys that played last year and are going to be a lot more experienced this year. Danny is healthy this year. B-Marsh is healthy this year. We got DeMarcus in his second year here. Me, Aqib (Talib), T.J., Chris (Harris) - I'm pretty excited about everything. I feel like we're going to be able to compete for the big dance when it comes time for it."

The team is also running a new scheme under new head coach Gary Kubiak, but players seem to be jazzed up about it so far.

"From everything I have heard about this offense," starting tailback C.J. Anderson said, "I can't wait to get started again."
