The Seahawks have gotten away from feeding running back Marshawn Lynch lately, and this week may be a good opportunity to re-commit to the ground attack. Per Footballoutsiders.com the Panthers rank 29th against the run, and Lynch hasn't topped 100 yards since Week 1, nor has he scored a touchdown since Week 3.

In fact, quarterback Russell Wilson has been the greater rushing threat lately to his dismay. "I really don't want to run, to be honest with you," Wilson said. "I'm trying to throw it all the time and keep my eyes down the field."

Wilson has been doing it all for the Seahawks, who were victimized by the Rams last week on special teams. Wilson rushed for 106 yards and a score while throwing for 313 yards and two more touchdowns. They gave up a shocking trick play punt return touchdown though, then had a comeback attempt thwarted by a surprise fake punt for a game-clinching first down.

Carolina, meanwhile, hasn't won in the past two weeks. They tied the Bengals before being blown out in Green Bay, all while giving up yards and points on the ground and through the air. Quarterback Cam Newton is refusing to let the team hang their heads.

"What are we going to do? Quit? Absolutely not," Newton said. "We have to keep going, keep fighting and we'll figure out a way to get out of this."
