Today at 3:10 p.m. ET, the Atlanta Braves (34-30) and Colorado Rockies (30-35) clash at Coors Field in Colorado for the final contest in a four-game set. The game can be live streamed here. Atlanta fans can hear all of the action on WCNN 680 while Colorado fans can do the same on KOA 850.

Atlanta looks to take three out of four in the series as it closes out a seven-game road trip it is currently 3-3 on while Colorado hopes to finish with a series split as it closes out a 10-game homestand it is 2-7 on thus far. The Braves took the opening game 3-1 Monday and followed it up with a 13-10 triumph Tuesday while the Rockies scored an 8-2 victory in Wednesday's game.

The Braves enter in second place in the National League East while the Rockies are in third place in the NL Central.

Ervin Santana (5-2, 3.69 ERA) mans the mound for Atlanta while Colorado counters with Jhoulys Chacin, who is 0-4 with a 5.34 ERA.

After the Braves nearly blew a 7-0 lead in an eventual 13-10 win over the Rockies on Tuesday, the team is well aware that Coors Field adds an interesting dynamic.

"The [Rockies] have done this for many years," manager Fredi Gonzalez said via MLB.com. "They play 81 games here [every season], and they know how to play that game."

Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is first in the MLB with a .356 average, is tied for first in the National League with 17 homers and ranks third with 43 RBIs. Tulowitzki also leads the NL in runs (53) on-base percentage (.448), slugging percentage (.667) and OPS (1.115).

Braves outfielder Justin Upton is third in the NL with 14 homers and is hitting .294 with 14 homers and 36 RBIs. Upton also leads Atlanta with 14 homers and 36 RBIs.

The Braves and Rockies close out their four-game series when they hit the diamond at Coors Field this afternoon in Colorado.
