WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley had been teasing a major announcement on his official Facebook page this week and in the end it turned out to be that he was bringing back his fanny pack.

Foley posted a video on Facebook where he revealed to his fans that his major and controversial announcement was that he was bringing back his fanny pack.
"Hello, and welcome to the Foley Christmas room for this important announcement," Foley said. "I don't ask that everybody agree or understand the decision I've reached, I just ask that you respect it. My decision and announcement is that after a lengthy absence for many years...I will once again be returning to rocking the fanny pack."

Foley had teased Monday and Tuesday that he would have a very important announcement regarding his future on his Facebook page that not everyone would agree with, leading many to speculate as to what it could be. Turns out, it was just a tease and an attempt at humor.
"Now I know many of you out there might be disappointed and think, 'He wasted our time on a fashion statement?' This is no mere fashion statement," Foley said.
Foley wrote Monday on Facebook that he had a big announcement, teasing that it would be a bit controversial.
"After giving the matter much thought, I have come to an important decision regarding my future," Foley wrote on Facebook. "I know that not everyone will agree with, or support the decision, but I do hope the decision will be respected. I will make the announcement on Tuesday afternoon."
He continued to tease it later on Monday afternoon.
"24 HOURS. Look for a major announcement from me - concerning an important decision I've had to make - in 24 hours," he wrote. "5pm EST, here on my Facebook page. Thank you for your patience."
The hardcore legend teased a big announcement, and in the end, the man who once rocked Mr. Socko is now rocking a fanny pack.
