Todd McShay Mock Draft 5.0 Analysis; McShay Finally Folds on Johnny Manziel; Justin Gilbert, OLB's Stock Falling? [VIDEO]

Todd McShay released his NFL Mock Draft 5.0 Tuesday and he has made some changes to reflect what has happened the past few weeks. McShay and Kiper are starting to agree on more and more and settling into their final mocks.

Here Is Todd McShay Full Mock Draft 5.0

Sports World News NFL Mock Draft 7.0

Too High:
12. New York Giants | Odell Beckham Jr., WR, LSU
This match from McShay makes little sense to me. Beckham is a great talent and will better serve a team in the 20s, but he is not a Top 12 player by any means. Drafting Beckham at No. 12 would put him in the same category as Mike Evans and Sammy Watkins and the Giants also have much more pressing needs than wide receiver.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers | Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
I like the pick of a corner for the Steelers, but to give them Fuller seems very farfetched. With players like Justin Gilbert and Jason Verrett still on the board, Fuller doesn't really make sense to me here. McShay could just being going with his preference and if that is the case that is fine, but I don't think Fuller is better than Gilbert or Verrett.

28. Carolina Panthers | Joel Bitonio, OL, Nevada
The Panthers need to come out of this draft with multiple offensive lineman, but in McShay’s scenario all the first round prospects are off the board. The Panthers could certainly reach here for Bitonio and satisfy a need, but with the other glaring hole at receiver they might not have the luxury to reach.

NFL Draft Player Profiles: Blake Bortles & Jadeveon Clowney

Too Low
5. Oakland Raiders | Khalil Mack, OLB, Buffalo

Mack can go anywhere in the Top 6, but I don’t think he will get past No. 3. Mack is such a rare talent that he is considered the second best pass rusher to Jadeveon Clowney. Mack should go in the top three whether it be by the scheduled teams or by another team trading up to snag him.

22. Philadelphia Eagles | Justin Gilbert, CB, OK ST.
Gilbert has been the draft’s top corner for most of the draft process so this could be some draft fatigue, but the Eagles would be lucky to get Gilbert. Gilbert has some flaws and will need to be coached up, but the fact that he is going behind Fuller is a head scratcher to me . McShay has Darqueze Dennard going to the Titans and that is the only scenario I can see Gilbert falling to the No. 2 corner.

25. San Diego Chargers | Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA
Much like Kiper, McShay has the Chargers getting Barr at No. 25. It’s true teams and scouts are cooling on Barr and consider him the most likely to bust of the first round prospects, but a team like the Titans who need 3-4 players can’t pass on him. Barr is a rare talent on paper and would be a steal for the Chargers.
